Traws eryri Adventure through snowdonia

An adventure through Snowdonia a cycling UK bike packing route that is certainly a test at times, if you get the good Welsh weather this should be a good 1–2 nights trip through the beautiful Snowdonia national park. It’s fairly short at 125 miles, but you will soon realise you don’t really need any more miles than that when riding in wales.

The Route itself isn’t easy but not the hardest out there, definitely a good one for a first time bike packing adventure in wales, just not your first ever bike packing adventure, stick to England for that. I think it’s best to leave the gravel bike at home when heading to wales personally, but you can get through this one, however give yourself a fighting chance with the biggest tyres you can fit and the easiest gearing (you will need it) plenty of lung busting climbs.

Don’t forget to bring a bit of change for the wooden toll bridge, and it’s best to bring a tent for this one and a good waterproof jacket, of course.
